2018
The company began to offer full-construction services using Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems with the construction of a PEB (60m x 30m x 9m) warehouse in Cebu, PEB (144m x 126m x 7.5m) warehouse in Tarlac and another PEB (6 units of 25m x 20m x 6m) warehouse in General Santos. In 2019, the company also completed the civil works for the Ajinomoto Expansion building project in MEPZ 2, Lapu-Lapu City.
The company's main office is located at No. 2A Mt Mayon St, Singson Village, Mandaue City, Cebu. It also holds a satellite unit office at Unit 8D Cacho-Gonzales Bldg. 101 Aguirre St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Established sister company, ECOGEN RENEWABLE ENERGY CORP., an ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION & COMMISSIONING company catering to Small Hydro Power (SHP) Plants, power generation, as well as other industrial & manufacturing projects in the Philippines.

The company invested in ACOTEC Hollow-core Interior Walling System (Finland) production line and manufacturing plant. The company holds the contract to supply the interior wall partition requirements of Ayala Land Inc developments.

The company entered into a joint-venture partnership with Makati Development Corporation (a fully-owned sibsidiary and construction arm of Ayala Land Inc) to establish a Pre-Cast Manufacturing Plant in Cebu to exclusively serve the Pre-Cast Wall and Trans-slab Flooring requirements of all Ayala Land Inc residential projects in Cebu.
2005
Expanded into the Playground Equipment and Tensile Membrane Structure product line.
The company has installed the architectural Tensile Membrane canopy for Amara Residences (Cebu), The Terraces - Ayala Center (Cebu), Nuvali Commercial Center (Laguna), Marquee Place Residences (Angeles City), Abreeza Mall Food Court (Davao) and Globe CIRCUIT Events Ground (Makati City).

Set-up office in the country's capital, Manila (registered under the name ORNATE Designs Inc.)
ORNATE has applied and installed PAREX products to more than 300 commercial buildings and upscale residential buildings in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. PAREX Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) is the exterior façade of notable MAKATI DEVELOPMENT CORP (MDC) Projects as well as numerous METRO GAISANO MALL projects & SOLAIRE RESORTS & CASINO.

Awarded the Exclusive Philippine Distributorship for PAREX products. PAREX Inc is a U.S. based company, which is a major manufacturer of EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) products, as well as other Specialty Coatings & Finishes.
